Traditionally used within Rongoā Māori, Tātarāmoa — also known as Bush Lawyer or “wait-a-while” — has long been valued for its grounding and sedative qualities. Used to calm an overstimulated nervous system, it is known to help settle the mind and body during periods of anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty sleeping.

Historically referred to as a “bushman’s sleep remedy,” Tātarāmoa was used to support rest even in difficult or uncomfortable conditions.

Combined with Kawakawa and Rimu, this tincture is designed to help soften the body into stillness, regulate anxious energy, and support more restorative sleep patterns.

  • Avoid caffeine & blue light immediately before sleep.
