So let’s get started with where the magic came from!

It all began on a cold winters morning, which honestly just felt like groundhog day. I honestly couldn’t tell you whether it was a Tuesday or a Sunday, everything had just rolled into one big swirling mess. The weather was just sh*t, it had been for as long as I could remember. I recall saying to my husband “What is wrong with me?”.. “Why can’t I just SNAP out of this funk?!” to which he replied… answer it for yourself and then help others do the same.

AND BOOOOM. It was like a lightening bold had just hit through my core. The space behind my heart started to vibrate and I could feel a sense of purpose behind my misery.

I woke up the next day (again, sh*t weather) and decided to formulate a plan to get myself out of this rut that I had been so deeply entrenched in for quite some time. As I sat down to gather my thoughts that morning, a song that I hadn’t heard in quite some time (I bet you haven’t either) came on my Spotify and began to play.

It was U2’s classic, stuck in a moment - I burst into tears. I honestly couldn’t believe it. It was affirmation from the Universe that I needed to share what I was about to go through. Over the next couple of weeks I tried many different techniques, activities, meditations and healing. It eventually bubbled down to 5 core elements that comprise The Stuck in A Rut Challenge. Buckle up and prepare for lift off!
