During our Signature Sessions, we use our intuitive ability to assess and address any imbalances in your energy system. By working with your body's energy centers, known as chakras, we aim to release any blockages and restore the natural flow of energy throughout your body.

At Lightworker Studios ®, we offer a 90-minute Reset and Release session that is specifically designed to support the regulation of the nervous system and adrenal responses. This session integrates various holistic approaches to help you release tension, calm your mind, and restore balance to your body and mind.
Our sessions start with an educational component, so that you are able to map out your everyday adrenal responses. All sessions end with personalised exercises and practices to take home and continue with, so that you can remain balanced and regulated.
