  • Alternative Therapies

    Working with the body, mind, soul and spirit to cooperate with one another. From energy healing, vibrational clearing, chakra alignment to meditative practices and breath-work. All sessions are intuitively guided and based on what we feel you need at the time.

  • Rongoā Māori

    Our relationship with the plants and natural world around us is so important. That’s why, our products are powered by Aroha and made with Rākau. We sustainably harvest in our local area, ensuring Tikanga practices are upheld. Visit the Studio Store

    We believe that education of holistic practices, wellness and health is the most sustainable and empowering way to create long lasting change. Our educational services are offered as face-2-face courses, workshops and private sessions. Keep an eye out for our upcoming courses.

  • Mentoring

    Sometimes we just need a little encouragement and direction. That’s why our coaching is action inspired. We don’t just talk about the things, we guide and encourage sustainable action, baby steps, to take place. From business mentoring, spiritual alignment, personal development and much more.

    These sessions combine education & practice to help restore a balanced and regulated nervous system. Map out & uncover where your nervous plays on a daily basis, learn techniques to rebalance and feel confident in taking control back over situations, stresses and everyday realities.

  • Founder + Coach

    Aimee played out her version of Eat, Pray, Love in 2017 - after leaving behind a high powered 10 year corporate career in the UK, in pursuit of a better life, love and her happily ever after.

    She discovered plant medicine, meditation and her creative feminine. Working for online female entrepreneurs during Covid, in the wellness space, gave Aimee the inspiration to take what she did online into her local community. Enter the birth of Lightworker Studios.

    Don’t get it twisted, Aimee is not just about laptops and logos. Although her business acumen and passion for startups is encouraging, she has a deep connection when it comes to healing from past trauma, self-sabotage and intuitive coaching.

    Aimee has a passion for supporting people through the human experience, female trauma, limiting blocks, self-image and confidence. Not least because they are all areas of her life that she has overcome, but due to her innate ability to see the stardust and beauty in everyone.

Meet the Team

A husband and wife duo, in service to their community, acting locally. With a combined 11 years experience in coaching and holistic health, this duo are here to support you with feeling ease, peace, joy and flow.

 

  • Founder + Healing Channel

    A smile that can light a thousand candles, and a heart that can warm any room. His healing abilities, intuition & words have a profound reach and impact on all souls, from all walks of life, ages and backgrounds.

    James first heard his calling to be in service to others when he decided to become a Paramedic. After realising that the westernised version of medicine didn’t sit well, James knew this wasn’t quite the path he first thought it would be.

    With a history of addictions, substance abuse, depression + anxiety - James rediscovered his love for medicine through the non-traditional, holistic route.

    Becomming qualified in Reiki in 2018, only led James further down the path of energy healing, health and traditional practices.

    Five years on, and with a diploma in Rongoā Māori, Master Teacher Training from the Ashati Institute, Taonga pūoro Craftsman (and the list keeps going…) James is always looking for new ways to be in service.

Humble Beginnings

After both living a colourful upbringing, James and Aimee have experienced humble beginnings. Helping their community with dis-ease and discomfort is not foreign, as both have been at the mercy of many of these things themselves. From social anxiety, addiction, burn out, infertility, depression, unhealthy choices and mental health - these two truely understand what it is that you’re going through.

  • Nestled neatly in Moonshine Road, Judgeford. Two minutes from the Pauatahanui Exit from Transmission Gully and 15 Minutes from the Hutt Valley. Our full address will be provided upon booking confirmation

  • Bank Transfers and Cash Payments can be made for all 1-2-1 sessions. Our courses and payment plans are hosted by a secure payment portal, Stripe.

  • Please wear something comfortable to your session, along with some water.

  • If you feel called, you can take some time to journal before your session. Perhaps jot down anything that is coming up for you, maybe some old memories, colours, flashbacks, emotions. Your healing begins the moment you schedule you healing session.

About the Studio

Our Studios have been purpose built to provide the local community with a safe space to heal, grow and learn. With crystal grids planted beneath the foundations and nestled in the rural hills of Moonshine Valley, it’s no surprise that our clients float away feeling a little lighter & more at ease.

Located 2-minutes from the Pāuatahanui Transmission Gully Exit & 10 minutes from The Hutt Valley, the air feels a little fresher, and things are a little slower at our Studios. Equipped with eco toilets, parking facilities, air-conditioning, heat pumps, Rongoā Tea and soft fluffy things, our studios are deliciously cosy.

We operate out of three spaces, The Healing Space, The Expression Space and The Group Space.
